Many of our products are limited-edition combinations of fabrics, colors and trims. We will frequently
be adding new styles and color combinations to our website, as we sell out of others. Look for a variety
of outerwear clothing (as well as garments designed for base layering) in the coming months, in addition
to our new line: “Copper River Kids.”

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Commitment to quality is a Copper River Fleece tradition! We absolutely stand behind our workmanship,
and we use only the very best quality materials available in the production of our garments and
accessories. We warranty for one year from purchase date, and only to the original online retail buyer,
that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will promptly repair or
replace such product free of charge. We do not warranty our products against damage due to normal
wear and tear, alterations or modifications, improper use, misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
However, items purchased from Copper River Fleece that have become damaged due to normal wear and
tear may be repaired, when possible, for a reasonable charge. (Please call us first to be sure the
damage is something we are able to repair, and to obtain a “Repair Order Form” at 1-800-882-1707)
Any item sent for repair must be washed first. Upon mailing your item for repair, please include your
order repair form. For your protection, we suggest you insure your package, as we cannot be
responsible for packages damaged or lost during delivery.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
· All of our garments and accessories are 100% machine washable. PLEASE
DO NOT DRY-CLEAN! These fabrics are not intended to be dry-cleaned.
· We recommend before washing that you zip it up and turn garment inside out.
· Luke warm or cold wash on gentle cycle.
· We recommend hang drying to best protect and extend the life of your product. Many of our
garments are made from high-tech laminated fabrics that can sometimes be damaged by dryers that
operate using very high heat. (If you’re in a hurry, the dryer is certainly an option – just be sure to use
the LOW heat setting!)
· When wearing your Copper River Fleece please use caution around flames or direct heat, as our
garments are not flame-resistant. Like almost all synthetic fabrics, our fleece and softshell fabrics
will melt or burn if exposed to flame or direct heat.

We will be glad to exchange any unused items, in their original (unwashed) saleable condition, within 60

will be advised promptly by phone or email of the approximate ship date. Your credit card will not be
charged until we ship your order. For same-day processing of Express delivery orders, please place
your order by 11am PST. All packages are shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service, unless
Express Mail (also USPS) is specified. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days when shipped
using Priority Mail, or in 1-2 business days using Express Mail. A confirmation email with Tracking
Number and link to the US Postal Service tracking website will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.
