• Main body (Sapphire Hi-Loft Windbloc Fleece) has a plush hi-loft fleece outer-face bonded to a thermal fleece inner-face
• Chest Panel & Inner Collar fabric (French Blue Windblock Fleece) has a brushed fleece outer-face bonded to a thermal fleece inner-face
• 100% Windproof 
• Laminated membrane creates an H2O-resistant barrier, while still allowing moisture vapor to escape
• DWR (water-repellant surface treatment) applied to outer-face sheds rain & snow
