Customer Exchange Policy:
- All returns must be accompanied by receipt within 60 days of purchase.
- We only accept returns of new, unused garments in their original condition and reserve the right to deny the return of any
item that we deem not in new condition. (Note - Garments cannot be washed or worn, and must be free of odors including
smoke, perfume, cooking, etc.) - Please print, fill out, and enclose a copy of the Copper River Fleece Returns/Exchanges Form in the package
(click to view and print). - If item is in new condition (as described above), Copper River Fleece will issue and mail your refund to the address you
provide. Refunds are issued in the form of check or gift card only. - Shipping, handling, and gift wrapping charges are not refunded.
- Please allow two weeks for processing.

provide. - For exchanges via the mail, payment of return postage is required before shipment of the replacement item(s). For your
convenience, a reduced shipping rate is applied to exchanges. Please enclose a check based on the total price of items being
exchanged (see exchange shipping chart above).
