| Cordova is a charming coastal Alaskan fishing village surrounded by mountains, rivers, and glaciers – it’s also where we have been designing and creating our unique outdoor clothing since 1995. Inspired by the extreme beauty of our rugged surroundings, we’ve developed our designs through the input and feedback of the local community. Thanks to the hikers, skiers, kayakers, fisherman, and the rest of our supporters, who showed us what was needed and how they wanted it to look and feel, our designs have evolved to reflect the uniqueness and diversity of this vibrant Copper River region. We are proudly 100% American-made. Dedication to quality and commitment to customer satisfaction have remained our trademarks from day one. We use Malden Mills fabrics and YKK Zipper exclusively throughout. We make many of our products using hi-tech Windbloc fleece and Softshell fabrics, engineered to block the wind and rain. Several of our decorative woven trims feature Tlingit and Haida artwork, commissioned for Copper River Fleece by Michael Webber, commercial fisherman and renowned Alaska Native artist. Welcome, and we hope you enjoy wearing Copper River Fleece as much as we enjoy making it! Jennifer Park / Founder and Designer Copper River Fleece |
